This hostel is a hidden gem with vibrant South American vibes, unique decorations, and interesting artwork. The location is perfect, with a supermarket, tram stop, and plenty of bars and restaurants just 20 meters away. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and even smell like fresh cucumber. We loved our stay and would go back again.

    Felt super comfortable, no complaints.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Convenient location, with a supermarket and tram stop nearby. The atmosphere of the hotel was colorful and interesting.

The rooms were uncomfortably warm and the pillows were too big and flat. The noise from other guests and the bar in the courtyard was disruptive at night.

The hotel had a unique and interesting vibe, which made for a memorable experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the hotel's location was perfect – close to restaurants, shops, and the city center, allowing us to easily explore and enjoy the city.

That the bathroom was located outside of the room, which was a bit uncomfortable. It would have been more convenient to have the bathroom inside the room like in traditional hotels.

The communal TV room was a great place to unwind and socialize with other guests. It felt like our own private cinema!

Not many sockets for charging gadgets.

What a great place to stay! The attention to detail is unbelievable, making for a clean and beautifully furnished experience. We felt like we were entering a different world. Even with our family of 5, we had plenty of space and comfort in one room. The location was only a short bus ride away from downtown, with convenient parking in the back. We would definitely come back anytime! I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a guesthouse in Dresden and had a wonderful experience. The staff at the accommodation were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions and providing information about parking and getting to the city center. The location of the guesthouse was great, with a lively neighborhood full of bars and restaurants nearby. It was also a pleasant, half-hour walk to the city center. The double room we booked was spacious and clean, with a bedroom, bathroom, and even a small living room area with a couch. I would highly recommend this place!

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like! 😊

The room was absolutely huge, with a separate kitchen and a cozy dining area. The bed was comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but there were plenty of nearby places to eat and drink. It was also conveniently close to the city center, making it easy to explore all that the area had to offer. Lastly, the service at the hotel was outstanding. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome and taken care of during our romantic escape.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the cleanliness of the entrance. It had a bit of a dirty and unpleasant smell, which was not the best first impression.

I recently stayed at a great hotel in Dresden called Gästehaus Mezcalero. My group booked two twin/double rooms with a shared bathroom, and we were pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the rooms. Despite the shared bathroom being used by four rooms, it was always clean and pleasant. The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to the city center either by walking or taking a tram right outside the hotel. Parking was sometimes limited, but street parking was available. The staff was helpful and friendly, answering all our questions and even providing us with some utensils. The beds were comfortable, and we especially appreciated the free upgrade given to the newly married couple in our group. The shower was comfortable, and everything was kept very clean. Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic and well worth the price.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at Gastehaus Mezcalero for 3 nights. The staff was really polite and helpful, even assisting us with our heavy bags. The rooms were spotless and the entire hotel was very clean. The location was convenient, with a tram stop nearby and a delicious restaurant recommended by the staff. The beds were comfortable and we even got a free upgrade for our friends on their honeymoon. The shower was also very comfortable, and breakfast was amazing, definitely worth the money.

    Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The whole place is colorfully decorated, giving it a vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and come with a small sink. The shared bathroom is convenient, with minimal waiting time. Excellent security measures in place for guest safety. Stylish and consistent Mexico-inspired decor. Easy late check-in process with a PIN-secured vending machine for room keys. Friendly administrator and a cute reception cat. Daily cleaning ensures a sparkling and pleasant-smelling environment.

There was nothing I didn't like.
